I don't have the time to make a guide as such, but if you have any questions just ask me in game and I'll answer to the best of my knowledge (Yes i have an archer too, and my wife is the highest level archer in PWUK 
)

I wouldn't be able to make one for you because my archer is too low a level but I should be able to find a pretty good one off the Internet for you if you'd like

yeh I have looked but I havent got a clue which ones are good and which ones are full of rubbish

This is A guide on how to get a Pure EA (elf Archer) only.
Pure EA:
for stats, always put 4 on agi, then one on whichever needed for weapons, armour etc:
Armour:
EA`s should always have light or middle armour, never heavy.
Weapons:
Use Any type of Bow.
as i am an ep i do not know much on the EA, Hope this helped.
